In this video, I finally get the Vogminer D3 up and running after it arrived in seriously rough shape. Broken bus bars, damaged fan, and even a dead hashboard… this was NOT an easy fix.
After a lot of trial and error (and some help using nylon washers instead of soldering), I managed to get 3 out of 4 hashboards working. But is it actually worth it?

~2960W
~0.196 W/MH efficiency
Compared to the advertised 20 GH/s @ 3580W, this thing is clearly underperforming—but is that just because of the missing hashboard?
I also compare it to alternatives like the Bitmain L9 and discuss whether this miner is worth the current ~$7,500 price tag.
