“We decided to go with Fortnite because of the target group, which is an average between 16 and 35 years old,” BMW’s Head of Digital Experiential Content, Gaming and the BMW Metaverse Pia Schörner says.

“We first need to meet the passion point of younger target groups to tell them that we are here and that we want to work with them, she adds. “It needs to be authentic.”
